Family Members of Combat Veterans Resource Meeting

"The hardest job in the military is being a family member of somebody that has deployed."

You are invited to our monthly meeting to support both family members of Veterans that have deployed and that have returned home.

We see family members of Veterans that are deployed overseas not having a support system in place that let`s them share ideas, ways to cope when their Veteran is away, or just having a place to vent.

This meeting will not be limited to family members of Veterans that are deployed as we also see a need to help the family members of Veterans that have already returned.

This meeting is not intended for Veterans to attend, but a chance for the family members of these Veterans to have a place where they can go, take a breath of fresh air and ask any questions they may have. However, our Director will be present to answer any questions you may have. We are creating this group with an incredible amount of flexibility because you guys know what is needed. We will continually adjust to meet your needs.

Immediate family members or significant others of a Veteran who has served in Iraq, Afghanistan or Kuwait may attend.

We do not care about the discharge type of the Veteran, we just care about meeting both their needs and yours.
